Metro station with a blue bar with a red slash crossed through it?
Does anyone know what this mean I setup my stations and connected them but it shows this symbol? Oh and the stations are operating normally and are getting used but IDK what this symbol means.

I have one of these too, and can't figure out what in the world it means. The station seems to be operating perfectly, but the symbol won't go away.

I think that means that your subway line isn't a closed loop (it connects back into itself at the start of the line).

this is probably it, you need your stations / metro in a loop,

also make sure you have water and power to them too

yup. Means its not a loop.

Yeah, it was an open loop.

For the OP: Different lines can overlap, so even if one loop is complete, there can be other incomplete loops sharing the same track. There's no way to see them, or (as far as I can tell) to individually select them.

What I eventually did was delete every single stop (just go into the metro line editor and right click on each green dot... you may have to do it several times per station before they're all gone). Once that's done, just re-draw the lines from scratch.

They really need to patch the metro and bus lines. They work, but they're very hard to adjust once they're set up.

Is there a way to color each line differently?

yes there is. Click on a bus. then click modify line. There will be a small box depicting the current colour. (sky blue by default) then change it to whatever you like.

You can also do this through:

Info Views -> Transport -> Click on any transit line

Mine is a loop and still has this.

You may have inadvertantly created a new line on top of the correct stop.

Remember that one has to click on Station A, Station B, Station C, Station B, Station A to create a complete lines for trains, metros, ferries, monorails and cable cars. Buses are similar, just a stop one time, but has to be ended at the first stop you clicked on to start the line.

Check the Lines Overview – maybe you have a second line consisting just of this one stop and never finished.
