Lazaret Plaza

I finally unlocked Lazaret Plaza. That's the unique where you need to have health below 20%. I built a small village of 1000 resident that I called Pollution Town. I put Industry right in the same neighborhoods as housing so the polluted soil would make the people in houses sick. This brought me down to 20 but kept popping back to 21. To unlock the unigue it not only needs to be 20 or below but stay there for 3 weeks. So what finally did the trick was I moved the water tower to a polluted tile and Bam! overall health is now at 8%. Hopefully this will transfer over to my ral city as I noticed that the ones I unlocked on my starter town are there. It's sort of cheating but I really didn't want to poison my nice big city to unlock this.

Hope this helps someone get their citizens sick!

tl;dr Only water sorce is water tower, move it to heavy polluted tile. Mix Industry building into residential.

He is obviosly not informed what is the way to success. I'm disquested by people who are spamming their videos. I didnt advertise neither one of my video from archive of 3000 videos. He will get views long 10 seconds with a lot of dislikes but he thinks that he will earn on increased view count hehe.

Earn? On Youtube? Please. You don't even make a dollar with thousands of views. And even then you need several hundreds of dollars in ad revenue before Google will pay it out to you.

He's obviously not fishing for ad revenue - Just confused.

I put my sewage outlet upstream of the water inlet, turned off all garbage services and medical services.

Who knows man..a lot of networks are accepting new channels aswel, like secondary channel and so on. Believe me with network you can earn solid, I'm living from that after all. But anyways, my point is that I'm disqusted by people doing that. I would feel bad and hated even before I post the link.
