There is no real ratio. The ratio changes with each of the 5 'evolutions' for housing and commercial, and then the 3 for industrial. Plus, depends on layout and traffic. And yes, education levels would impact the ratio a bit. Again, it changes and the ratio is actually different for each section of the city. ;) This isn't like simcity.
how did you get to simcity with that in the first place ?

Anyways, thats what i thought but having no import nor export and only having a handfull of shops (going out of buisness) its quite amazing where they sell /buy their supplies from
I'm a manager myself, im feeling like im misssing half the information i should have, or overlooking it

just like happyness , im never under a overall of 84% but my weekly + civs fluctuates between -120 and + 270.
While it seems the smiley face behind the Weekly + shows how well your doing , its apparently not , its jut a bit confusing :)

any tips?

ps: had enough power, water, located free space, schools you name it :P

Most sims (more commonly known) have RCI ratios, of which cs as a fluctuating one. You could have a fully developed industry with just tier 1 houses. Most people know ratios from simcity, so it is common to see that name in relation to rci.

Btw, buildings automatically import and export. That's one of the tips on the load screen. If your shops aren't getting supplies, that's a traffic issue (including distance to said shop from highway).

I don't go by the smile face. I think that just means the citizens are getting happier and happier over time, not an actual happy amount.

My city is also like that, almost 0 industry because citizens are over educated. They don't like to go to factory to work ....
