I've just started playing Warhammer 2 and also have wrist issues. A vertical mouse seems to help a bit but I remembered playing some starcraft 2 with an intuos 2 which helped so thought I would try it for W2.
I had the issue where I could move the cursor around on the title screen but it would not register when I tapped the pen to the tablet or pressed either of the buttons.
Both pen and mouse mode had the same issue.
I have just tried going into services.msc and stopping "TabletServiceWacom" and it works. In the main menu I can mouse over the menu and it will highlight the text, I can tap the pen on the tablet and go into the highlighted menu option.
Now it is in mouse mode and I don't think it will be possible to get pen mode to work but this is huge compared to it not working at all before.
I'm on Windows 10 Pro with an Intuos 2. (Intuos 2 drivers do not have the Use Windows Ink checkbox)
