Tell me how to turn the FPS cap off
I am capped at 60 fps, now, I DON'T WANT IT THIS WAY! Other people are running 120 fps, and I know my PC is able to do that too! Cmon, tell me how to disable this stupid, horrible "feature" locking me on 60 fps.

Do you have v-sync enabled in your graphics card settings?

The game, by default, goes into full screen windowed mode. That means you are locked to your monitor's refresh rate. I haven't seen anyone on youtube or twitch at 120 fps.

That never happened to any game i ever played, and i know, the monitor i am running it at is only 60 fps, but i wanna run at 100-120 for recording and stuff, there is already a mod that changes the fps limiter to 35 or 45, so this feature is in, i just wanna know how to bunk it up to 120 insted of 60.

Hmmm.. I'm not sure. Mines seems to be locked at 60 as well, but it doesn't bother me. I've seen others posting that they are getting over 60 so I'm not sure. Which graphics card are you using?

GTX 760

Why do you need 100-120, though? Modern films are done in like 25fps iirc, and the human eye rarely sees a difference between 30fps and anything higher. Going to 120fps won't affect anything since youtube/twitch BOTH only show at 60 fps max. Anything higher and you might get tearing unless your montitor is at 120 hz.

And try alt-tabbing while in full screen mode. It stays in the background running = full screen windowed.

Because 60 fps caps always caused me issuses, and in this game too, i wanna cap it to 70 or 90 so no tearing is visable. This should be easy to do, but no, they want me to scalp around config files and other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

A 120 hz monitor won't tear at 60fps...

Doesn't matter, still an option to change the cap is NOTHING WRONG to add to settings.

Don't judge people perception of things...
There are people buying numeric audio cable (hdmi) a fortune for super shielding for like $1000 per meter...

You wouldnt notice more than 60fps anyway. And if tearing annoys you then turn on v-sync, that synchronizes the game's refresh rate to your monitor.

Not this again! You havn't got a clue what you're talking about, I can definately tell the difference between 30 fps and 60fps, I have a G Sync 144hz monitor and I can tell when it hits that in games. Gaming FPS is not the same as film FPS. Please educate yourself before spouting crap.
