Are there cheats for this game?
Sometimes I just want to build a city and not care about the money game. Are there cheat codes for this game?

There are mods (already included in release version) you can enable. One of them gives you unlimited money.
Are these the mods in the Steam Workshop? I looked through there and didn't see an unlimited money mod.

I can access them via main menu. I think it's under "tools" and then "mods".

Yes go to Comtent Manager and you'll see Unlimited Money and Unlock all options.

I assumed people to be clever enough to browse their own main menu. If I say it's in the main menu it doesn't take to complicated steps to find the "Mods" section. But I guess I shouldn't assume things in the internet.

I would assume people would be willing to take 2 seconds to provide correct information when attempting to help someone, or not bother at all. But I guess I shouldn't assume things on the internet.

Nobody answered his post so I decided to give him the right hint so he can easily find it. I wasn't ingame when I posted this so I couldn't check it. You didn't even provide ANY help at all. You just came along to argue. Do you really think this is better?
I would browse the menu if I had it in front of me. Last night I was on my Surface which really can't run the game and I'm not able to play it my PC until later this evening. Looking in the menu isn't really an option for me at the moment.

I greatly appreciate people trying to help, just looking for a simple answer to a simple question. :)

OK, the answer is: You have the option to enable unlimted money ingame. No need for a cheat code or something.

This whole thread and most of the replies are so full of stupidity it's actually making me lol.
As Mothman said, they are inbuilt mods in the game (i.e. you won't find them in steam workshop, but in appropriate menu of the game (and they can't be uninstalled, like steam workshop mods).

One gives money, one opens all buildings from the start, the last is hard mode. Using mods turns off achivements.
