How can we increase happiness?

Currently maxed at 73k citizens.. No more happiness nor demands for anything, what should I do?

check and see if anything like pollution, or crime is a little high, max out the services if they aren't already and see if that helps.

All services maxed, +20grand a week, pollution normal and barely no crime at all.. I dont get it lol

Spam parks! Parks everywhere! I had a similiar problem with a well gooing town, all of a sudden people became sick and started to leave town, I just placed parks everywhere where the happiness graph showed red and TADA, all went to blue in an instant. People got happy and more people than ever started to move into my city and my budget income skyrocketed :)

Considering how cheaps parks are as well as in building them as well as in upkeep costs it's the best way to raise it I'd say.

Enable city-wide policies that increase happiness, land value, and give tax breaks to high density. That'll be enough to get all your level 4 buildings to level 5 and make your city very attractive. You'll almost always have medium demand for residential then.
