Page up and Page down. Hold the FN key and use the up and down arrow keys.

@ch.dude; if you have, connect a windows-keyboard to your mac, than can you build elevated steets. Until there is a fix for that problem.

It's a little more than that really. The game doesn't recognize OS X keyboard. At least on Macbook Pro retina. None of the shortcuts work and now for trying to change the elevated road key binding it's stuck to my mouse button because the keyboard doesn't work with the game.

figured it out. someone told me to put a startup flag of popupwindow or something to make it not bordered... but didn't work. anyway, what it did do was kill my keyboard. so removing that got it working again.

wish there was a fix for true full screen on os x =)

Very old thread, but you're still not right. I'm playing with a MacBok Pro Retina (touchpad only) without any problems ;)

You only have to change the default keymapping settings to your personal flavor. I just remapped Build Elevation Up/Down to the Up/Down Arrow (don't need this keys in the game, using the touchpad) and the Rotate Camera Modifier to "<" (German keyboard, for English layout I probably would take "/" or something like that), which is great, when you're playing without a mouse .

Of course you can use any other key, if you prefer
