Mod to replace roads on vanilla assets

Didn't there used to be a mod that allowed you to change a road or asset that automatically came w/a game bldg? For instance on the cargo terminal, you could change the track to one way or the street to an avenue. If it exists, can you tell me the name of it? I must not be putting the correct words in the search engine.

Move it!

Hold ALT and click the road. Then delete it and build something else instead.
