What's the best looking graphics setup you've seen?
And I don't mean "Which youtuber has the prettiest setup", I mean "Who has the best actual, documented, functional setup"?

Additional stipulation: That works in CURRENT YEAR?

I'm sooooo tired of looking up videos on how to set this game's visuals up and it uses 2 year old versions of mods that don't exist in the same way anymore. Or it tells you to use two different lighting mods that, in their descriptions, outright state they don't work together. Or it uses two different lighting mods that, in their current state, literally TURN EACH OTHER OFF if you enable one or the other.

Are there any good looks out there that work, right now, with the game's current patch level, and the mods at their current status?

I want to come back from the mess of CS2 but have NEVER been able to get any of these guides to work right. They're either missing instructions, using old mods, or hte settings in the mods literally don't work or look the same anymore. My biggest pet peeve is the way shadows are extremely dark and you basically can't look at your city from a whole 150 degree range of angles because the buildings get shadowed out.

I'm practically begging for an up to date guide on a pretty setup, PLEASE

I like Dynamic Resolution / Theme Mixer / Ultimate Level of Detail / AD Cloud Replacer
First thing is to research graphical mods and test them out yourself. Do it one-by-one.

Do not subscribe collections, instead use the collection as a guide and subscribe them one-by-one for best results.

You also may need to upgrade your monitor. Budget monitors will have varying results between two of the same exact models. Old monitors can be very dark.

Here's a 30 mod collection in two parts:
