Have you tested it in your game yet?

The latest update was mainly an asset update which don't break mods. So if you ignore the message then it should let you in the game and mod should still work.

At least that's how it works in Windows.

Yes, I've tested in game to no avail. I've also tried installing Mono, but that doesn't help. MoveIt works, just not anarchy mods. Also, linux doesn't use .dll files, instead .so files.

It works for me.
These are my conditions:

CS - native version (no compatibility layers)
Steam client launched (for other reasons) with the following command: Exec=steam -compat-force-slr off
Steam clien instaled as DEB
No flatpak

PS
As far as I know Network Anarchy doesn't use Mono.

PS 2
there is also a BETA version for Network Anarchy, make sure it's not instaled

Strange. I don't use flatpak, so that's not it. Native Cities install as well. You're saying that steam launch command is for other reasons, so idk. It worked on my old computer (linux), years ago. I run Debian stable.
Maybe you did this, but in case you didn't...

This wasn't it. I don't know what else would be useful information for helping to solve this issue.
