I tried to disable all of the installed mods to no avail to get rid of this error.
My apologies for complaining about errors.
Seems to be related to the Mods. I wish that the there was a more info on what Mods break this game.

I do appreciate all of you mod creators as I do know it is very hard work to make these mods.

I have got rid of this above error by carefully disabling one mod at a time to find the bad ones.
