Give it a little time and it should level up.
If you want to share a save game some of the local experts will take a look and offer ideas.
My park is several ingame years old. I have good connections on several entrances. The park also is fully leveld with over 60k visiters in total. Attraction points are 1800 i gues. I try to turn the advertisement on. Maybe it helps.
If you have a city with just this park (no other parks, unique buildings etc.) the amount of tourists visiting your city and therefore your park is low. Also the amount of visitors from your own city is low, because there simply aren't that many.
With a big sized city with lots of other spots for tourists to visit, the amount of weekly visitors is greatly increased.
The effect of policies and advertisement options also have a bigger impact on a larger population, then a small one.
Im currently at 40k citizens in the city. I have no special buildings set nor any tourist buidings. Just my own town citizens. Also i have lots of parks around the city.
My ground price is in 80% of my city on a high level.

I had a city with a park that was struggling to get visitors until I built a metro station directly in front of the entrance. The number of visitors then boomed.
As recommended i added trainstations right next to the entrance but its not getting better. Ive added a few new screenshots with the stats ans stations.

The Pappel seems to have only 149 visitors per week but alltogether almost 98000. Is it possible? With only 50 visitors per week before it would take almost 2000 weeks (40 years) to get this number. Or am I getting something wrong? Is this park that old?
Instead of investing in public transport across obstacles like rivers, railways or highways, I just set a park area with gates at both ends. I then set public transport routes to end at each park gate, and a huge number of locals will have no choice but to go through the park to get to the destination (or public transport connection) on the other side. Since locals still need to commute to work, go to school, go shopping or have recreation, I've forced them to pay me more money via parks than via taxes or public transport.
