What does this icon on my highway mean?

there is an icon with a red bar going across a highway in this screenshot. what does it mean and how should i go about fixing it?

Means you have one way road segment that either dead ends with no way out, or there's no way to get onto the segment. From the screenshot looks like all 3 highway segments are leaving from that single point, and therefore no way to get to that point.

oh ok. so i have to delete one of the 3 segments, and then remake it but have it going in the opposite direction, right?

re derection using the upgrade road tool, and right clik the segment to insverse it
