How to stop random rock(ish) music?

About every minute or so this music will start playing that sounds like something out of high school musical. I disabled music in settings yet it keeps coming on whenever I open the game, both on the menu and in my actual cities. It's quite annoying. How do I fix this?

if it is a radio station it would be in the top right corner of your screen.
otherwise go into the game settings (option) and turn of music to a low level or completely off

I have ther same problem , it seems to be the music from the main menus intro, turning of the music and disabling the radio in game has no effect , a 30 sec loop of rock keeps playing
