How do I enable color corrections?

I downloaded a color correction, went into content manager, went to color corrections and enabled it but it doesn't affect my city at all. Even when I tried to make a new city. I tried downloading others but it doesn't work as well. How to I enable color corrections??

In game, after you load tyour city, go to settings and in the bottom right panel you will see a drop down menu where you should find your subscribed LUT.
