Why even care about those lines when more often than not, as you grow your city, you will simply delete those and not have any besides linking what I would call a *sister city* far away, and which in reality would be done with those powerlines in the first place.
I understand your concern as I find them myself pretty ugly, but I barely have any even in early game...
EDIT : please do not take it as an agression lol, my hidden message was just to make sure you understood that homes (or whatever you build and has started to grow) connect to each others automatically, even if they are separated by a few squares...
+ note that the more assets/mods you have the more your pc will struggle with the game... so I would definitely save room for far better eyecandy or usefull mods
That is just one idea that would be useful for power line asset management.
the only thing i found is this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=665859116 but unfortunately they don't work like the vanilla ones so it's something like a life task to place those in higher numbers
