32bit City Skylines installation
I have just purchased City Skylines, and cannot get it started. I keep getting an "Unknown Error". Reading the forums I think that my issue is that I am running a 32bit windows 7 OS and so discussions say that I have to have a 64bit machine and OS but some say that I can install a 32bit version of the game.

Can you please help me with this issue.

There is only a 64bit version of Cities I'm afraid, you're only option is to upgrade to 64bit windows to play it. No 32 bit versions of the game are available or in the pipeline by CO.

You need a 64-bit OS. Your hardware more than likely supports 64-bit, anything after 2005(?) pretty much does. However, the game likes it's RAM, so maybe look into upgrading that.

you either get a 64bit machine and windows or quickly head over to steam and ask for a refund.

and next time make sure to read the min. requirements before purchasing a game...
