how to remap to mouse button

I'm so used to having the camera rotation in every other game I play be the right mouse button. When I click to remap the keys in the controls and click the right mouse button it doesn't do anything. I've seen people on the forums say they've remapped it but I haven't found anything to say HOW to do it...

at one point it was right mouse button but it seems that with the latest patch they changed it to MMB (Midle Mouse Button) they also seem to break the mouse input support for rebinding. So as of last patch everyone needs to find a key they like or get used to the MMB. Sorry.

As an RTS player, the MMB is the correct key for camera rotation for me ^_^
