4 Lane road without a median?

Can someone link me to a four lane without a median or with a turning lane, or make one? lol

I guess you try to achieve what many already asked, for which there is no real dedicated mod... so either many have used the traffic++ and lane changer to play around with the ability to cross or not the median and/or remove traffic lights

Or you can simply draw 2 parallel 2 lanes one way roads
