Kaiju Attacks and Military Bases: City Skylines

Its cool to have build a city or two or three, but what if you have a Kaiju like Godzilla came up from the depths and curb-stomped your new shiny you have to build military bases and then science complexes to find a way to stop the beasties from doing that to your city. I would love that for a mod or hell an update!!

Disasters or humorous destruction through godzilla or aliens sound great.
Military buildings and research? No. No No No No. This is a great city builder, no need for RTS elements in it.

SimCity 4 has a military base and research facilities.
