Report a translation problem
Use the traffic veiw. It is only automatic with tunnels.

This is not a solution. A gameplay mechanic that prevents from building (in a city game) 50% of the time is poor design.
that way you can first build a city and when that is up an running you can view your city at night. in the beginning there is nothing to view and the dark is annoying.
I understand that at night different things happen with the game, like the night life. but it still could be 'night' when you select always day. if someone knows what I mean ;)
probably a mod can fix this?

1. No. Limiting planning to 50% of the time is ridiculous
2. Why buy a DLC and leave it off? Again, ridiculous
No need to be so much "In your face".
Also, traffic view is of a horrible, pale colouring. It makes no sense to activate that one. Not to mention you cannot lay roads with the info active
I guess "reality is also poorly designed. What do think?
