Is there a way to revert the game back to the previous version?
I don't want to wait 3 months to be able to play the game W/O After Dark.:nonplussed_creep:

There is an option to disable the day/night cycle, if that's what you're looking for.

Right now all third-party mods are causing the issues. And i have about 100+ of em. And I tried turning off D/N cycle but it didn't even help, im just stuck in one big loop trying to load up a previous save.

no way are previous saves going to work with this new update if you were using mods you should have expected this

Didn't solve the problem. Load up takes about 1 minute as I have no performance issues but since the update the load up loops over since my save games depend on mods.

I knew there was going to be a period of waiting I just thought maybe the devs actually thought about those who use mods.

this is well know to anyone who uses mods in games a huge update is always going to destroy your saved games. that's the risk with using mods.

No one has answered the OP's question. Regardless of your personal opinion on waiting to upgrade, is there a way to revert back to the original game?
BLÀde Sep 24, 2015 @ 8:08am
even if mods are updated if you've been using mods like traffic++ even if it's updated i doubt any maps using it prior to the update will ever load again since most of the stuff it added is now in the game officially. that's why i never use mods like that i keep things simple :P

and no there is not a way to revert back to an old version. you get the version that is on steam and that's it.
