I've done similar in the past, but not with the highway perfectly straight or at the same grade as I think you've described. I reckon you could do the grade separation with just Move It! but you might need to make the highway wider to fit.

I'm sure you could do a lot better with custom roads and anarchy etc, but here's something I threw together with Fine Road Tools and Network Extensions 2.

Limitations:
- To preserve the topography, I don't think there's a way to get around having the station connected to the highway; it still needs to be reachable by service vehicles at least.
- I don't know of a way to connect footpaths to bridges yet, so you may need some kinda awkward overpasses.
- You could use Traffic Manager to adjust speed and possibly ban road traffic to the station?
