Won't Start

I just installed Cities and when I try to open it, I get message it can't contact Steam nad to verify connection. Since I'm on your site when i try to start, what does this mean. And when you respond, please don't ask for CD key. All my games are on your site and I don't know how to get key from your site.

The little logo next to your game means you have purchased it and activated it on Steam.

Maybe try to restart your computer and make sure it is up to date from windows update.

Then try to verify game files in the steam library page.

If not, post a screenshot of your message and maybe your game output.log.txt file. You may need to host it on google drive, one drive, etc and link it here.
