Most likely than not you either added a broken or incompatible mod, or removed a "good" mod you were using previously.

Try going to the Content Manager, Savegames, and then Enable All on the save of choice.

We'll need to have a look at your output_log.txt to see what's happening. Steam can't attach files, so the best place to post is our official support forum. Just make a report there and you can attach both the log and images directly there.
