2.: Take the number "933083374" out of the error
3.: Put "https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=" in your Steam Workshop URL ingame
4.: Put the number behind it: "933083374"

This link will bring you to the object which created this error.
5.: Make sure you have installed all needed stuff for this mod

Wow... It turns out I was running into this because of a mod (Intersections) that I subscribed to and forgot about because it wasn't even loading. That URL lead me to the module page, I unsubscribed, and bam.... error went away.

Interestingly, it only triggered when loading a save after a large number of buildings auto-deleted (from some heavy re-zoning). Anyway... THANK-YOU!!!
