GT 430
Will I be able to run the game with a 3.1GHz CPU in combination with a Nvidia GeForce GT430? I don't mind using the lowest settings

simply saying 3.1ghz doesn't mean anything. clock speed is only one tiny measure of a CPUs performance. there were pentium 4 processors at that speed in the year 2004. but your graphics are only about half as powerful as the minimum specs listed by the developers, so no matter what CPU, you won't be able to run this game very well at all and it will likely just crash a lot
