Cities.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)

[ArchArtas]

So the game just randomly goes "oops crash", previously it was just crashing from going out of ram (16 F***ng GB OF RAM) but I turned off Traffic++ and traffic manager and it went down to 13gb. Even though I've got around 700 assets, that looks like an memory leak to me or some funny asset being fat as hell. Anyone got some ideas for fix?
