Top DLC's are (in my opinnion):
- Industries
- Green Cities
- Mass Transit
So still a bit of a wait...
For me, all the core DLCs can be worth it if you like the game and would love to explore some new mechanics and add some new assets. All the radio and content creator DLCs are not, unless either you play on consoles, and/or you have money to spare. This is because you can just use your own music on the background, and download assets from the Workshop that are of equal or better quality than the content creator packs.
