Cargo airport not working

I have built a fully functional airport eith stands, terminals and runways and all that. I have both passenger stands and cargo stands and planes come and go from the passenger stands normally but not to the cargo stands. Any suggestions why that happens?

I have the same issue. My passenger airport is working perfectly with large numbers of aircraft and passengers. Cargo airport with ZERO planes coming in. I put the taxiways in the correct way and attached the aircraft stands properly - no movement at all. I also subscribed to traffic manager and tried broken node detector - with no result. Anyone any idea what causes this?

Does this also happen with the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods in place?

How To Set Launch Options

• Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
  
• Enter the launch options you wish to apply in the box (be sure to separate each code with a space). Should look like this:
  

  -noWorkshop -disableMods

• Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.

I really don't want to screw up another city. Had that a few months ago, had to rebuild everything...

Are you using a lot of custom mods and assets in your city?

Yep tons of them. Assets in particular vehicles and custom buildings. Mods more the common ones such as MoveIt, beautification and so forth...

How long have you waited? When I built mine, it took about 45 minutes for the planes to start showing up.

Hm good question but I would assume that 45 real-life minutes have definitely gone by....

You can upload your city to the workshop and we can have a look. To do this go into Content Manager (from the Main Menu), find Savegames on the left, find your save and click Share. Then give it a name and a description if you want, click Publish, and copy the link of the page that opens and post it here.

I had a look at your city and the cargo stands are both offset from the road. Deleting them and placing new ones on the road (or just moving them properly close to the road with Move It) did the trick and cargo planes started arriving.

for me it not that planes arnt showing up its that they all go to same stall and get jammed instead of spreading out

Can you post a screenshot of the airport? Just the cargo section of it.

Hello, Can you help me also as I too havve the same problem? So I started a new city and my current population is around 70,000. I built passenger and cargo airport (Vanilla Edition, not with Airport DLC), but I don't see any planes coming for passenger nor cargo airport. I've checked all ground routes and it seems to be connected. Hence I try placing another airport at the end of the city, no luck too :(.
