Cannot locate ground resources painter mod

So for the third time this year, I have been automatically unsubscribed from ALL my mods and assets and have spent all day downloading them all again. I learned my lesson and will create a playlist in Skyve, but I cannot locate a specific mod I use all the time:

It's a ground resource painter. I can add ground resources (oil, ore and fertile) wherever i want w/o going into map editor. I can't find it. Please help!!!!
