Traffic Mod Reducer?
Hey guys wattup!
I need some help with traffic mods. Is there any traffic mode that increases the traffic in town? Because my traffic is about 100% more than the clips on youtube i'm watching. I would like to turn it off if someone like this exists. Maybe some of you know the name of this mod or give me help with this.
I think i activated to much mods, i just want to know if theres any mod like this that increases traffic.

Please help!! :D

Best regards
The Real Stjopa

What you're asking is a little odd, but not hard to accomplish.
Traffic mods help you manage traffic. They don't of themselves create or reduce it.
Stop using them or not, it doesn't matter.
I don't use any traffic mods. I don't have any trouble managing traffic.
If you want to create more traffic, then create more commercial, which leads to more imports and delivery vehicles from industry. Still not enough traffic? Then start reducing the public transport and release more Cim owned vehicles onto the streets.

Tricks on reducing traffic include using mass transit effectively and cargo terminals. Another big one are pedestrian walkways. Remember that unlike regular human being, your citizens do not jaywalk. In other words, they may take the bus across the town in order to cross the street if there is no nearby intersection.

Don't ask me why, but the OP wants to increase traffic, not reduce it...

I think he actually wants to decrease it. He doesn't seem to English much...

I'm not aware of a mod that increases traffic, but there is a mod that increases occupancy of buildings in high-density zones which would increase traffic in a smaller area. Maybe you got that one?
Just try to improve your publicity transport. Not only busses, but trains and underground.

Are you sure? To me it seems that the OP thinks he is running a traffic increasing mod by accident and now he wants to deactivate it.

Do you use the Traffic ++ Mod?
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=409184143&searchtext=traffic+%2B%2B
Other Features:
Ghost Mode – this disables the mod, but leaves behind just enough code to load saves/maps/assets that use custom roads.
Multi-track stations (by Sims firehouse) – allows train station assets to have multiple platforms (like this one), no need to use the separate Multi-track Station Enabler mod as Sims kindly gave us the code to put in Traffic++!
Realistic speeds – makes vehicles and pedestrians use more realistic speeds (for experienced mayors!)
Prevent vehicle despawn – prevent vehicles from disappearing in traffic jams (for experienced mayors!)

If so, deactivating this option could be your solution…

Traffic 101
Limit the amount of Commercial to a minimum.
Build only enough Industry to supply that Commercial.
Create high speed routes between Commercial and Industry.
Keep Residential zones away from those routes.
Do not zone Residential beside either Commercial or Industry.
Build plenty of public transport of all types, including pedestrian paths.
= no traffic issues and no need for traffic mods ;)

Stephan... your problem isn't traffic mods... your city design isn't good enough.

A well designed and planned city will have no red traffic occurances, even with 100k+ cities.
