Traffic mods help you manage traffic. They don't of themselves create or reduce it.
Stop using them or not, it doesn't matter.
I don't use any traffic mods. I don't have any trouble managing traffic.
If you want to create more traffic, then create more commercial, which leads to more imports and delivery vehicles from industry. Still not enough traffic? Then start reducing the public transport and release more Cim owned vehicles onto the streets.

If so, deactivating this option could be your solution…
Limit the amount of Commercial to a minimum.
Build only enough Industry to supply that Commercial.
Create high speed routes between Commercial and Industry.
Keep Residential zones away from those routes.
Do not zone Residential beside either Commercial or Industry.
Build plenty of public transport of all types, including pedestrian paths.
= no traffic issues and no need for traffic mods ;)
A well designed and planned city will have no red traffic occurances, even with 100k+ cities.
ROFL.
Thx for answers, i think it was the garbage mod. After deactivating this one it was all good. I still use Traffic ++. My problem was that i used to much mods ... :D
