Hadron Collider and education
when unlocking the Hadron Collider it says " a city with a Hadron Collider doesn't have to worry about education". Does that mean everything from elementary school through universites are no longer needed? And if so when they say A city, are they referring to the entire map or the "district" which contains the collider?

yes it makes all schools obsolete and covers all citizens on the entire map.... it will cause problems for businesses that require uneducated workers, so no more forestry or farming and you'll have to level up regular industry with parks and mass transit and other services (or build the wonder that makes all land value high)

Will this even effect districts with"School's Out"?

Not quite true.
Education is great!
I love both the Hadron Collider and the Eden Project. I make them my number one priority to go for when building most of my cities. You need to prepare well in advance for the Hadron. Once you know what the ramifications are, you can prepare for it. Instantly your whole city (map - monument bonuses affect the whole map) will become highly educated. Yes that may well mean a little employment shuffling as all workers in industry may now want to work in offices instead. (And that might be an option to go for; replace all industry with offices.) But wait, as long as unemployment remains relatively high at around 10%, you will find that all of these highly educated Cims will work anywhere, including specialised industries. This notion that you must have uneducated Cims in order to fill specialised industry vacancies is invalid. Build more residential, boost your population, increase your unemployment and level up your city. Then you'll fill all vacancies with educated Cims.
And that's where the Eden Project helps too. Boom... the whole city land value just shines and levelling up anything is just a matter of service provision.

The key is to make sure unemployment is above 8% or so. Cims will take any available job if they are unemployed. But if there are more jobs than unemployed, then they will cherry pick the best jobs.
