Game's not working in Mac

Hi, I'm using Macbook Pro M3 pro model. At the first time I installed the game, I was able to play it. However, once I changed the V-sync setting to "off", the game doesn't work. I even reinstalled the game, but not only keyboards but any point and clicks don't work on the game. (Keyboards also don't work, unable to use Command+Q etc..)

Thus, I think the V-sync setting would be a problem, but I don't know how to reset that kinds of settings at all. How can I solve this problem??
