There is no military units in the game. There is only passenger and cargo. You could of course get military assets and put them in the game, so cargo and/or passenger planes will look like military units. But they'll still be civilian units.

No. There are 2 kinds of planes, and 2 kinds of Airport .. Passenger and Cargo
Any Cargo plane can land at any Cargo Airport.
Any Passenger plane can land at any Passenger Airport.
No Cargo plane can land at a Passenger Airport.
No Passenger plane can land at a Cargo Airport.

If you use the Vehicle Selector mod, you can specify military cargo planes (fighter jets, transports, cargo planes) at one cargo airport, and regular cargo type planes at the other airport. I have done exactly this in my city.

So I can build an industrial airport on a military base and I can spone only military aircraft there and a industrial airport and have regular industrial planes landing there correct

YES You can build as many airports as you wish. There are NO restrictions on the number.
Yes You can build 2 Industrial airports.
Yes you can build one for military and one for industry.
YES all passenger aircraft will land at all passenger airports and all cargo aircraft will land at all cargo airports.
