Does Industrial Space Planning benefit Offices?
Just wondering, since Offices show up as Industrial Demand, and they don't seem to have their own 'Planning' specialty...

Anyone have any input on this one? About to lay out a ton of Office Space...

no not yet but i hope they do something to the needs interface, right now it is a nightmare to use only 3 to describe 6 different types.

If your import/export shows that you are exporting produced goods and you still have industrial demand then you can consider that confirmation of a need for offices, since you are already catering sufficiently for commercial. If on the otherhand you're importing goods, then it's industrial you need.
As for the policies, it's up to you. Offices aren't affected by anything other than land value, service access and education levels. They're essentially filler zones, great as a buffer between residential and commercial.
Just be aware that they do provide more attractive jobs and you may see a shift from your industrial workforce to offices, so increase your unemployment levels to ensure all vacancies fill, by zoning more residential.

Interesting point on watching importing/exporting and using that to determine which to zone... I'll keep that in mind.
