Steam says After Dark is installed, but it's not?

I bought the Deluxe edition a while ago. Steam tells me i have the After Dark expansion installed. But when I open CS it's not installed. I bought the After Dark DLC just in case, but I can't install it, cause Steam says it's already installed... Please help?

very simple to check, active "unlock all" mod, create new map, see if you have AD's features, like road with bus lanes, bus terminal, international airport.

by default all game's contents are installed, buying DLC will let you access them, thats all.

That's the problem. Steam says it's installed. But when I open CS I just have the free additions, but not the prison, bus terminal etc.

hmm, do the verify game cache, maybe. or reinstall.

If the problem still persist go on Paradox support and submit a ticket.
