UNDERWATER TUNNELS - Why are they now flooding
Ever since I downloaded Snowfall, all of my city's underwater tunnels (which are fairly extensive and essential fot a large part of the city's survival) now are considered flooding, which is prohibiting cars and pedestrians from using them. This was never an issue before. Could it be to do with the Network Extensions Mod, or would it be the game itself, because I certainly cannot just build bridges over to the destination, the length is would be way too long and totally unrealistic.

I have the same problem. i.e. after the game got updated my tunnels are flooding. Does anyone know if this is an issue in the core game or if it is due to a mod?
As I have quite a few mods installed it would take some time to find the one causing the problem simply by disabling them one-by-one. Therefore any ideas on what could be causing this strange behaviour would be appreciated.

I think its the modded roads provided by Network extensions that flood under water, the default game ones are fine.

Play the map in vanilla and then by elimination determine which mod is at fault. Yes, Network Extensions is a likely candidate as it is not currently compatible.

Network Extensions is compatible with the latest version of the game. Just that their roads seem to flood under water :)

I recall spotting a debug error report regardng NE after receiving the expansion patch and so I unsubscribed it immediately. It may well have somehing to do with the skin it makes for the tunnel interior. If the game prevents the skin from walling the tunnel then yes, it's liable to leak ;)

Thanks for the input! I am using the network extensions mod and can confirm that changing the road type in the tunnels to one of the native types fixes the problems.
