second eden project?

i was playing on my main/favorite city and i was looking through projects and it was letting me build an eden project. I have one already, its working properly.... will having a second if i place it affect anything. i use a few basic mods (81 tiles, road anarchy, but nothing that enables buildings that havnt been unlocked or multiple unique buildings?

Game Anarchy lets you place unique buildings without limits. Or you can simply use Move it to copy paste whatever you want.

The game is letting you place unlimited Eden Projects without mods. It doesn’t seem to have ill effects but can increase land value significantly with each one you place.

Oh, so it's a vanilla bug? I thought it's Game Anarchy causes this bug.
