VR mode on PC?

Fellas, I spent a ton of money on a 3080. I have a valve index. And I have cities skylines. But no VR? Is there a way to enable this game in VR without spending money on a quest 2? I am not spending $400 on a headset that will track me around my room without consent, I know how shady meta is. So can someone help me please? I want this on a PC!!

Unlikely, afaik it's a reimplementation of the full feature set.

I can see the appeal of looking down at your little city like a diorama. But how would you control it? I guess maybe like you do on consoles with analog sticks or something? Or can you combine a mouse/keyboard with VR?

You can control things very precise via standard VR controllers as a mouse analog.

they have VR game called Cities VR but its only on the Meta platflorm so unless u have a Meta headset you cant play it
