Education tab empty

Hi
Game was working fine yesterday but notice today that all the building in the Education tab is gone.
I can search for school etc and can use it that way but nothing in the education tab.
Anyone having the same issue?

It looks like everything is missing in your city.

The screenshot was taken on bare ground.

But, I have uninstalled the Better Education Toolbar mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2810536248) and it seems to have fixed the issue
