Report a translation problem
I like to use the roads with divider in middle with a loop on end instead of one way. It works better. Just make sure you put cargo hub on correct side so the traffic goes past it hits loop and comes back.

i found another workaround for that harbour problem. i just modded the harbour building with a one way street and put a normal street as a connection "into" the building. seems to work so far.
