A work mate of mine once told me... "If you're looking fo a break around here you're going to have to cut it yourself."

Best deal I've seen is the Whole Package for less than 5.00. Next best price is usually found between X-Mas and New Year. All that may change or go away completely with the promised release of 2 later on this year.

Yes, I agree with you. And because of the 2 is coming soon, I think the game itself and the DLCs will have discount soon. So I choose to wait...

It's the opposite, older DLC tend to be on sale around new releases.

Depends on what you want to pay..... do you want them at 50% off, 75% off, 86% off or free? A friend once told me that "If you want a break around here you'll have to cut it yourself." Steam usually goes 75% off around the end of the year, and maybe once or so in the summer, but you'll have to do some digging to find the best deals.
