I’m thinking of buying Dell precision 7510 ( not 7520 ) for $590 second hand here’s the specs:
Intel Core i7-6920HQ (8M, 2.90 GHz, 3.80 GHz)
32GB DDR4
512GB SSD
NVIDIA Quadro M2000M (128-bit, 4GB GDDR5)
15.6 inch (39.62см)
1920x1080 Full HD
Is it worth it? Will it run the game on medium graphics like a city with 80 k people? Just curious. Ur replying is appreciated! :)

Should be playable on lower graphic presets.

For the best gaming experience, it is better to spend a little more and get something with a better graphics card.

Yes, it should be more than adequate. But remember, Cities: Skylines 2 will release any time up until x-mass I'm not sure this is a great time to upgrade.

While that laptop should support CS1 fully. CS2 may be a different story.

So, it is up to you, if you decide to buy now, realize you may need to upgrade after Christmas if you want to play CS2.

I'm sure that laptop will handle CS2 at the early stages if it plays/performs anything like CS1.
