Eiffel Tower unlock

Does anyone have or know of a working saved game on the workshop with 30,000 squares of industry built in order to unlock the Eiffel Tower? I've tried to load many (dozens)--including those that say they have the 30k--but few load successfully and the ones that do don't have anywhere near enough.

At this stage of CSL's life, there's no way I'm going to build an industrial city when industry was one of the worst implemented parts of the game. It was hard enough to reach 10,000 squares of industry to unlock the unique building that required that. I unlocked and built all other unique buildings and monuments I have available, but the Eiffel Tower is just too hard.

I have only about half the paid DLC excluding radio stations and content packs, so if the map requires a DLC I don't have in order to load then it's a no go. I have After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit and Green Cities. Any help is appreciated.

30,000 squares of industry? squares? Eiffel Tower? Which one?

Most people won't have bothered trying this since the Eiffel Tower is part of the deluxe version which has always been quite poor value for money.

Yes, the one that comes with the Deluxe Edition or Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack. I believe I got this way back when I was dumb enough to pre-order things. You can tell by the number of reviews (mixed) that it's unpopular. Still, I figured someone must have or know of a working save somewhere.

This took me 3 months to build a city that would unlock the tower, I literally place it in every single one of my cities now, since it was by far the hardest building to unlock, minus the ridiculous park that you get for doing all the scenarios, which I still have not taken the time to get.

I only play about 2 hours at a time, about 3 days a week, so it was not terrible. the secret is to find a flat map, I used the Swamplands map, zone mostly low density residnetial and commerce where you can, and spread your industry out everywhere to mitigate traffic flow. Lastly, do not, I repeat, do not waste time building office buildings, as they do not allow you to grow to your goal, and slow you down by taking jobs away from industry. I did not build a university until much later in the game, to keep education at a lower rate. I think that there are much newer maps at this point that would be easier to do this on, as there are some pretty flat maps with the newer DLC.

You’re one of probably very few people who unlocked this legitimately without the mod. Congrats and hats off to you. You can feel that you actually earned it, unlike the rest of us!
