any way to educate uneducated adults?
so im guessing i built my population faster than I built elementary schools. So I have tons of uneducated adults, especially in the high density areas.
So maybe a silly question but is there some way to educate (essentially elementary school level) fully grown adults, such as more libraries? Or do I just need to make do and wait a generation? I've made enough schools to cater for the amount of eligible children now, but other than that, just wondering what I could do to help it along.
Ive just made an oil field and it's lacking educated workers.

Just build enough schools (of both types) and maybe even a university.

I believe the Hardron Collider will do this. But you have to be careful with it and only turn it on for short periods. It causes over-education, destroys residential demand and causes population to tank.

Or, build enough generic, farming or forestry industries for them to go to work in.

Yeah ive built enough of all school types for now. I dont know 100% but i imagine since they're already adults there's no way to educate them anymore right? Im assuming they wont go to uni because they've not done elementary and highschool previously?
My assumption/question is kind of are they stuck as they are, as uneducated adults?
thanks

Short answer is no, you can't reeducate adults. What ever level they reach when they turn adult, that's it.
Lol other than releasing the building of doom. The Hardron Collider.

Correct. Most all cims moving in to your new city will be adults that are uneducated. So, you start off that way to begin with. All you can do is add schools quickly, so they can get educated now.

There is also libraries as you stated, but there is also a district policy or maybe two to add more education. Make sure it is added to the district, and not the whole map. Once you get full on education in that district, then remove the policy as it won't be need any longer.
