No IUserMod implementation on CS Default Mods

Hi all,

I was following the thread related to the No IUserMod implementation issue, but even after the hotfix and a fresh reinstall (including full deletion of my local folder in AppData) I am still having the issue (only with CS default mods, not other mods).

Is there anything I should try to resolve this?

Delete the userGamestate.cfg from appdata folder then close your pc down then verify the game files.

File path:
Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
Type %AppData% into the address bar and hit enter.
Navigate to \Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines and delete the file.



Verifying your game files.
Close your pc down, restart then log into steam. Click library select Cities Skylines, right click on Cities Skylines and choose properties, click on local files and verify the integrity of the game files.

The file is actually called userGamestate.cgs

sometimes %AppData% move you to %AppData%/Roaming
Remember to go back to %AppData% and enter %AppData%/Local

ok i find the file, i unistall it and check files integrity, but when i start the game it just reinstall.
I can't delete the file, i do everyting, i try to delete, check files intgrity and restart pc, i go check if the file is there and there isn't, but i start the game and the file is automatically reastalled itself (sorry for my english i hope you are understanding) what do i have to do???

Just FYI when you're uninstalling or whatever else you're doing... more/other game files are here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines

Maybe something wasn't deleted during your last uninstall?
