Download error MAC

Hello, yesterday I bought Cities Skylines for MAC.
At the time of downloading it is not letting me. It says it's inaccessible or shows me incompatibility errors etc.
I have changed the search region many times than I can remember, changed my wifi, disabled antivirus, etc..
I am excited to be able to play it and I feel bad because it is my first purchase. Too many problems for a "serious" page like Steam.
Would anyone know how to fix it? Thank you so much.

There is no way, my friend. The saddest thing is that the people of Steam see this as normal and they don't know how to give a solution.

What Mac are you using? It worked well on my Intel MacBook Pro but when I went to a M1 (Apple Silicon) iMac it would not run. The Intel to M! interpreter Seemed unable to handle it.

Hello, sorry to reply late, honestly this issue was a headache for me.
I have tried to do absolutely everything you have told me.
I have a Mac 13´´with Ventura 13.4.1 and I have tried to download Catalina 10.15, but she only let me 10.15.7 and won´t let me install it since it´s old.
It may leave someone, I congratulate you, but it is not my case.
I haven't received much help from Steam and after researching, I see that download problems are very common on this platform. It's ridiculous

Steam support says that in order to play CSL, you must use the 64bit version of Steam for Macs that run Catalina or a NEWER version of the operating system. Ventura is the latest operating system and is what you should be using.
But you DO need to install the 64 bit Mac version of Steam from here: https://store.steampowered.com/about/
THEN install CSL from Steam.
