But I think Transfer Manager CE MOD maybe doing too much than what I want. It will compute the shortest path, try to find nearest service building. This also affect outside connection, in some situation, you city will import all goods from a single outside connection, none from others, because this is the nearest. Some people think this is clever, but what I want is just a way to limit service vehicles inside some districts that I prefer. So I choose to use Transfer Controller MOD.
